The law of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery. Every order is accepted subject to these terms and conditions and every order is subject to availability.
All prices are in GBP (British Pounds). Any orders placed with Cheese & Co will be converted from GBP (British Pounds) into your currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction. Please remember that currency rates change all the time and even the online currency conversion rate displayed here may differ to the rate when your transaction is processed by your credit card company.
Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of Cheese & Co products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).
We reserve the right to substitute goods for similar quality and price should stock items become unavailable. All weights given are approximate and packaging may vary.
Cancellation of the order prior to delivery of Christmas Food Hampers are accepted by telephone or email up until the 15th of December 2017. Please call to discuss any other amendments such as change of address.
If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please inform us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt. If the hamper is damaged, please take a photograph. Please contact us to arrange the return of the item to us within 24 hours and we will arrange for the refund or a replacement according to your own wishes. Hampers are normally delivered within 48 hrs from receipt of order, deliveries will take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and require a signature. Christmas deliveries will take place week commencing 18th December unless you request otherwise.
When giving a shipping/delivery address, please ensure that it is an address where delivery can be made and a signature can be obtained by the courier. All deliveries will take place between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered to your specified address or where the goods cannot be delivered due to recipient is not at home or the address – including the postcode – is incorrect. Always provide a contact number for the recipient.
DELIVERIES TO OTHER ADDRESSES:
If you are willing to accept responsibility yourself, we can deliver to other addresses including work addresses. Please note the following points:
Make sure you include the correct business name as well as the full address – especially important if you have more than one business within a building. Also, please be aware that other people may accept the delivery on your behalf and this does not guarantee their safe receipt into your possession which is why we cannot guarantee deliveries sent to any address other than your own home address.
Acceptance of these Terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
