The law of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.

Christmas Ordering
Christmas orders will be dispatched week commencing 19th December.

CURRENCY

All prices are in GBP (British Pounds).

Important Any orders placed with Cheese & Co will be converted from GBP (British Pounds) into your currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction. Please remember that currency rates change all the time and even the online currency conversion rate displayed here may differ to the rate when your transaction is processed by your credit card company.

DUTIES & TAXES
Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of Cheese & Co products are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

SUBSTITUTION OF GOODS
We reserve the right to substitute goods for similar quality and price should stock items be unavailable.

RETURNS
If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days and we will arrange for the refund or a replacement according to your own wishes. DELIVERY CHARGES
If you require a delivery to a country not listed please email us for a response to your query.

DELIVERY TIMES & DISPATCH DATES
Hampers are normally delivered within 48hrs from receipt of order, deliveries will take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and require a signature. Christmas deliveries will take place week commencing 19th December unless you request otherwise.

SHIPPING ADDRESS: UK
When giving a shipping/delivery address, please ensure that it is an address where delivery can be made and a signature can be obtained by the courier. All deliveries will take place between 9a.m. - 5p.m. Monday - Friday.

Acceptance of these Terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
