Are the hampers available year round?

A limited number are available throughout the year; please call 01423 339543 to discuss your requirements.

Can I order more than one hamper and have them delivered to multiple addresses?

The simplest way to do this is for you to create a new order for each hamper. When you place your first order make sure you create an account, then when you have paid return to the site and purchase the next hamper and change your delivery address.

What are the hampers packed in?

The smaller hampers come in bamboo baskets with a red and white trim. The larger hampers are packed in a round wooden box. It has been our policy for many years to put the value into the food contents rather than the packaging - it's a Yorkshire thing! However, for a special occasion (or a special person) the Luxury Best of Yorkshire and Mediterranean Grande can be packed in a classic cotton-lined wicker hamper. There is a supplement but the price still represents good value for money.

What happens if I am out when delivery is made?

The courier will try again. Please make sure we have the phone number of the recipient so the courier can contact or leave a card to re-arrange delivery or collection.

Can I mix hamper contents?

Yes, but not in the very busy Christmas season.
