<![CDATA[We are probably like most people and used to buy our meat from the local supermarket and similarly we were disappointed with the lack of taste and quality of the beef, steak, and chicken. Equally, the bacon was pretty tasteless and full of water, the lamb was often fatty and the sausages consisted of more E numbers than actual meat!
<P>So we decided to try out some quality meat suppliers, the criteria for each was clear they must provide excellent quality, tasty produce. After many months of searching and trying endless fillet steaks, joints of beef, chicken breasts, lamb cutlets, bacon, sausages etc we found just what we were looking for. After a bit more soul searching we decided that it wouldn't really be fair to keep this discovery to ourselves so we decided to set up this site so that everyone could savour the taste of great tasting, top quality meat.
<P>All the meat and meat products found on this site has been expertly prepared by our partner butchers at their custom equipped premises, they have been supplying top quality meat for over 20 years and in view of their stringent quality assurance standards, which are regularly reviewed they continue to service many public houses, noted Italian & French restaurants, wine bars and Golf clubs amongst their extensive clientele.
<P>Unfortunately, due to the various <FONT COLOR="#C90043"><B>Customs & Excise</B></FONT> restrictions that apply throughout the world we are currently only able to process online orders to residents of <FONT COLOR="#008000"><B>Mainland UK, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & the Isle of Wight</B></FONT>.
